How to Print Your Vehicle QR PDF

By Scan2Connect · Updated 2026-10-06 · Printing

The PDF is intended for printing, while the PNG is useful for image-based printing workflows. Start from the downloaded original rather than a screenshot of the screen.

Prepare the print

Open the PDF and use a clear, high-contrast print setting. Avoid clipping the tag, stretching its proportions or cutting into the quiet margin around the code. The downloadable layout may contain its own print instructions; follow those and test a sample before committing to several copies. Do not assume the page size equals the size of a delivered physical sticker.

Test the finished result

Scan the actual printed code from another phone, including through any glass or cover you plan to use. If the code fails, increase readability, reduce reflection or change the position. Use materials suitable for the intended environment and keep ink from smearing. Printing is complete only when the final placed code opens the correct vehicle page reliably.

Match the print to the service

A sample QR demonstrates the flow but is not assigned to your vehicle. Use your purchased PNG or PDF after verified activation. Digital costs ₹49 for one vehicle; digital plus a physical sticker costs ₹149 including shipping. Physical dimensions, material and suitability must be confirmed from product specifications. The website design preview is an illustration, so it should not be used to infer a weatherproof rating or an exact delivered size. Test the final installed code and notification settings together.
