Effective 13 October 2026. Scan2Connect processes information required to operate vehicle QR alerts, purchases, corporate enquiries and the affiliate program.

Information collected

We may collect account and contact details, vehicle information, enquiry content, order and payment references, referral attribution, traffic data and support communications. Card credentials are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by Scan2Connect.

How information is used

Information is used to provide services, verify payments, attribute referrals, calculate commissions, prevent abuse, support customers, fulfil orders and meet legal obligations.

Affiliate payout security

Saved UPI or bank payout details are encrypted at rest and restricted to authorised administration. Affiliates should never submit OTPs, PINs, card passwords or internet-banking credentials.

Cookies

Essential session cookies support login and checkout. A first-party affiliate cookie may retain a referral for the configured attribution period. Analytics may operate when enabled by the site administrator.

Retention and rights

Records are kept only as needed for service, accounting, security and legal purposes. To request access, correction or deletion where applicable, contact info@scantoconnect.in.
