How Email Login Links Work for Vehicle QR Owners

By Scan2Connect · Updated 2026-10-06 · Account help

A passwordless login link helps an owner access the account using the purchase email. It is a private account-access mechanism, not the code visitors should scan on a vehicle.

Request and use the link

Open owner login and choose the passwordless option. Enter the email used for the purchase and check your inbox where mail delivery is configured. The link is time-limited and single-use. The confirmation step protects against automated email scanners consuming it merely by opening the page.

Handle delivery problems

If the email does not arrive, check spam and the spelling of the purchase address. Email login requires working SMTP delivery; requesting several links will not repair a missing mail configuration. Use password login if already set up or contact support. Never forward a login link to a printer or place it on a sticker; use the public vehicle QR file instead.

Choose the right page

The public vehicle contact page is for people reporting a relevant issue. The owner account and private receipt are for managing downloads and purchases. A digital QR costs ₹49 for one vehicle and a digital plus physical purchase costs ₹149 including shipping. If a fulfilled digital vehicle needs printing, use the ₹100 upgrade rather than buying another digital QR. Email access and notifications require working delivery; preserve a password or support recovery route instead of relying solely on an untested inbox.
